Maxi Deet 100%

In areas of extreme bug density or other extreme conditions you can rely on this 100% Deet spray for application to clothing, mosquito or head nets. Sawyer makes the only Low-Odour 100% DEET on the market. We achieve this through extra refinement which results in a purer DEET.

Protects exposed skin areas against mosquitoes, chiggers, fleas, gnats and ticks. A little goes a long way... so use as needed. There is little reason to use anything other than 100% DEET. You can control dosage by using a smaller amount rather than a lower concentration. Lower concentations have more alcohol, which increases absorption and causes skin irritation.

Ultra 30 Insect Repellent

NEW - This Liposome-based repellent is the newest advancement in insect repellent technology. The Liposome base enables the 30% DEET lotion to be very cosmetically appealing and non-greasy, with little to no odor. Lipsomes hold the DEET in place on the skin and reduce absorption.

Ultra 30™ uses a liposome controlled release system similar to the earlier generation of polymer-based controlled release systems (3M Ultrathon® and Sawyer). The liposome envelops the DEET and slowly time-releases it as needed, thereby extending the effectiveness of the repellent. Unlike polymers, however, liposomes are a natural compound which is more comfortable to the skin and easier to wear.

20% Picaridin Insect Repellent Spray.

Sawyer Premium Insect Repellent 20% Picaridin - Picaridin is a promising new insecticide; its effect is similar to DEET, yet it is safer on gear and equipment than DEET. At 20%, this long lasting topical insect repellent is effective up to 8 hours against mosquitoes, ticks, biting flies, gnats, chiggers and fleas.

Picaridin is more effective at repelling biting flies than DEET. Our 20% Picaridin is virtually odorless; It has a mild citrus scent added to it which quickly evaporates away.
